Please confirm your acceptance of the following terms in order to submit your GB Custom design:

1. No purchase is necessary, and no additional fees will be charged to use this service.
2. We will create a Club Account on your behalf where you can access and purchase this GB Custom Jewelry.
3. Once you place your GB Custom order, you will have 2 business days to cancel for a refund back to your original payment method, and thereafter the refund will be applied to your account for store credit only.
4. Returns for GB Custom jewelry are allowed up to 30 days after the item ships, and refunds will be applied to your account for store credit only. Your store credit will never expire.
5. Should you choose for the store credit be used for a new custom piece through GB Custom, this is considered a re-design and is eligible one time only. Once going through the re-design process and placing the new order using store credit, the re-designed piece is final sale.
6. You acknowledge that Grown Brilliance retains the exclusive rights to any design created through our GB Custom program.
