Grown Brilliance has quickly become the largest specialty lab grown diamond retailer in the U.S., leading the way with a global supply chain and operations, and unparalleled commitments to quality and customer experience. Our mission is to assist consumers in celebrating their most important life moments by delivering affordable luxury through an innovative and frictionless shopping experience. We're seeking bright, energetic, passionate team members who want to make an impact on day one.

Our Boutiques

At Grown Brilliance, we're all about making our customers’ diamond-buying journey sparkle just as much as the jewelry itself. Our physical boutiques offer a hands-on, personalized experience where you can touch, feel, and fall in love with our pieces, guided every step of the way by our diamond experts.

In 2022, we opened our first boutiques in Houston, Boca Raton, and King of Prussia. The response? A resounding 'yes' from our customers. This led us to expand our reach, and by 2024, we've established ourselves in Los Angeles, Dallas, Chicago, D.C., and the Big Apple itself - New York.

And we're not stopping there. We're excited to announce that our next adventure involves opening a flagship boutique in the heart of New York's Soho district in February 2025.

Our corporate headquarters proudly remain in New York, serving as the heartbeat of our operations and the birthplace of countless creative ideas. In addition to our strong presence in the Big Apple, we have strategically extended our reach globally, establishing a significant foothold with our office in India.

Furthermore, our dedicated team spans across various locations such as Minnesota, the Philippines, and Chicago, embodying our commitment to diversity and collaboration on a global scale.
