GB Custom orders, like all special orders, can be returned for store credit only. Upon receipt of your return within the 30-day return period, we will issue a credit to your Grown Brilliance account. Your credit will never expire, and can be used on any future purchase(s). Should you choose for the store credit be used for a new custom piece through GB Custom, this is considered a re-design and is eligible one time only. The one-time redesign option is only available if the original item is returned in its original, unworn condition. If the item shows signs of wear, is resized, repaired, modified, or altered in any way through our repair process, the redesign option will no longer apply, and the item will be considered final sale. Once going through the re-design process and placing the new order using store credit, the re-designed piece is final sale. The Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty and free Repair process is still applicable and can be utilized at any time. Our Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty applies to all GB Custom purchases. Most items will ship within 14 days. Based on the complexity of your design and the availability of diamonds, shipping times may vary. Please check the Estimated Ship Date on this page. Our Jewelry Specialists and customer service agents are not able to expedite the lead time it takes to create and ship your jewelry. Once your jewelry ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation with your tracking number.
