Arrived broken
"Necklace arrived with broken clasp so would not properly lock. Almost lost it the first time my wife wore it. Took it to the GB store in LA and they couldn’t fix it so now it’s on way back to NY to be fixed. I’m pretty upset about the lack of QC. It is still a beautiful piece. It’s just very upsetting to have to return it as soon as we got it. Quite a letdown for a birthday present that my wife has to wait another 2-3 weeks to enjoy."
