Size issues
"I've ordered 3 rings. They are great and my wife loves them. She gets A LOT of compliments. The only problem is every time I order them, I set the size at 7, but it defaults to a 4 after it's placed. In total, I've had to spend an extra 3k on all of them at a local jeweler to resize them. The size difference required more gold. I wouldn't mind paying the extra money on the original order because of the added gold. It's the inconvenience that gives you 3 instead of 5 stars. I'm sure I could've sent it back, but I needed the rings each time sooner than later."
