"Purchased as a gift. Packaging was very nice. The earrings themselves were fine, but the ruby color seemed off. The clasp was nearly impossible to deal with - that was the main reason for ultimately returning the earrings. This was also the first piece of marketed fine jewelry that I purchased which did not come with a certificate validating color, clarity, size of the item. It never dawned on me that a jeweler wouldn’t provide this. In fairness, that is disclosed if you look for it in the FAQ section of their site."
