"Love the quality and cut of the the diamonds on this bracelet! We are giving a four star review because of the service and misinformation we were provided. We were in between sizes so the SA suggested us to size up and that GB offers complimentary resizing. Come time for me to resize the bracelet, we are asked to pay $150 plus shipping and handling. They also re-recommended that I return this and purchase the smaller size, which was too small."
