I did end up returning the ring so I could order another carat weight because it was ultimately too large (to me) on my tiny hands and the return process was easy and seamless. "I’m absolutely in love with my ring! I was set on a different one when I began my search. I wanted to see them in person in a showroom. We are in FL so the closest location was in Boca Raton. Needless to say that was an underwhelming visit and the customer service in that location needs attention. A few months went by and I was upset about our experience and I was going to consider other dealers. We were going to be in NYC for fun and I booked an appointment at the Manhattan showroom. What a completely different experience! Mya and Mollie were absolutely phenomenal to us! We explained that we had a less than satisfactory experience in FL and they were so sweet and helpful! The ring I was originally looking at wasn’t available at this location but they provided me with a very similar version and I actually loved it more than my original pick! It was such an amazing experience from start to finish. Now they are in a new SOHO location and I can’t wait to go back and visit and order my wedding band. I wholeheartedly recommend Grown Brilliance for their service and stunning quality! I’m so over the moon with my ring! "Let me first say, this piece is an incomparable gem. My fiancée is completely in love with her ring. For that, I am very happy I went with this company after doing so much research in this process. I’ve compared lab grown to mined diamonds, I understand why my partner was so adamant about not wanting a diamond tied to such deep inequities. That being said, it did not disappoint. Once I conquered my fear of purchasing something this sizable online, I’m very happy about our investment. The problem is this. They made a mistake and sent incorrect certification paperwork that does not match our ring at all, wrong cut and size. Can you imagine spending this amount of money and not receiving every single part of the product correctly? To add insult to injury, instead of simply printing the correct certification and expediting it to us, they insist we must return the ring in order to receive the proper paperwork. How on earth does inconveniencing us, separating her from her ring, become part of this process? This has absolutely sullied our experience with grown brilliance and changed my mind about recommending it."
