"I chose a gorgeous diamond ring, but I’ve got to say that I’m not happy with the customer service from your company. This ring needed to be ordered and I knew it was gonna take like two weeks to come in. After two weeks I called the store. It still wasn’t there and so three weeks later I called the store again, and it was there but nobody ever bothered to tell me. So I’m sure the ring is gorgeous, but I haven’t had a chance to wear it yet."
