The locking clasp does not work, otherwise beautiful bracelet

"This bracelet is exactly what we wanted in regards to appearance and size. However, the first part of the locking clasp has never worked and freely slides in and out. It was sent in for warranty covered repair and returned still not working. I don’t know if this is a wrong dimension or poor material design. As long as the second lock does not fail, we will be OK. However, this concerns me for the build quality of Grown Brilliance products and so I do not plan to purchase again from them in the future."
