Kind of disappointed
"At first I was impressed with the 5 carat bracelet. It really sparkles. But I ordered the wrong size (6 inches) so,I contacted customer service to request that they add stones to resize it to 6. 5 inches. I paid an additional $350 to do this. A little over 2 weeks later I received the bracelet back and to my surprise, they sent me a whole new bracelet that was still 5 carats and 6. 5 inches long, but I was expecting the same bracelet back but with more links/stones, not more, smaller ones. This would have easily justified the cost to resize it. It could have just been an exchange for a lesser cost. But I paid $350 for the same carat weight with smaller stones. I’m also disappointed in the setting. It’s very poorly made. The prongs aren’t smooth and catch on everything."

"The pros are that the diamonds are very sparkly. The studs that came with it are also very sparkly. The cons are the gold in the bracelet is very thin as are the posts and clasps on the studs. So much so that I already lost one of the earrings because the post back was not well made and it fell off."
