Product good customer service not
"The earrings are too heavy to be worn without something behind them to add support. Customer service told me I could return them to be “fixed” but if that fix wasn’t satisfactory or took longer than my 30 days window (which is out of my control) that I would be stuck w the product regardless. I spoke to a local jeweler who helped me. I was disgusted w the customer service attitude of “too bad” for having spent over 10,000$ with this company in the last few years I won’t be a returning customer"
