It took weeks to receive
"It took weeks to receive my watch after it was ordered. I gave them specific measurements for my wrist but when the watch arrived it was still too small. So I had to mail it back to them to fix it. They told me they felt bad about having to part with my watch again and told me it would be ready in 7 days. Today when I made an inquiry no one knows where my watch is. They can’t tell me if it was shipped back or if they even still have it. This is a $13,000 purchase and no one can give me an answer to where it is. I’ve spent close to $25,000 with Grown Brilliance and they can’t even tell me where my $13,000 purchase is or when I’ll receive it."
