Grown Brilliance - Watch & Customization Return Policy
At Grown Brilliance (“GB”), we aim to provide a seamless and transparent return experience consistent with our jewelry standards, while accounting for the unique nature of luxury timepieces and custom modifications.
Standard Watch Returns (Non-Customized)
Return Window: Within 7 business days from the date of delivery
Eligibility Requirements:
- Unworn and in original condition
- Free from scratches or damage
- Returned with original packaging, documentation, and all components (including original bezel if included)
Refund Method: Refund to original form of payment
Customized Watches (GB Diamond Bezels)
- Customized watches are considered special order items.
- Return Eligibility: Store credit only
- Not Eligible: Refund to original form of payment
- Due to their customized nature, these items cannot be resold in original condition.
Bezel-Only Purchases
- Uninstalled / Unworn: Eligible under standard GB jewelry return policy (30 days)
- Installed or Worn: Treated as customized items (store credit only)
Return Conditions
- No signs of wear, use, or alteration
- Must include all original packaging, certificates, and components
- Items modified or serviced by third parties are not eligible
- Returns must be authorized prior to shipment
Inspection & Approval
All returned items are inspected upon receipt. GB reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet policy requirements or apply deductions where applicable.
Shipping
Approved returns will receive a prepaid, insured shipping label. GB is not responsible for unauthorized returns or items damaged due to improper packaging.
Important Notes
The 7-day return window for watches ensures product integrity and prevents wear-related depreciation. Customized watches follow the same principles as custom jewelry orders.
