I still remember the first time I visited the Sydney Opera House. As I approached this iconic structure, I couldn't help but feel a sense of awe and wonder at this breathtaking marvel of modern architecture. When I stepped inside, I was greeted with a sense of grandeur and sophistication with the soaring ceilings, richly textured walls, and elegant furnishings. The Opera House, to me, speaks to our capacity to dream, create, and push the boundaries of what is possible. Inspired by the architecture and atmosphere, I came up with the design for the Sydney Ring. Featuring an array of emerald and pear diamonds, intentionally and strategically placed at various slants and angles, this ring captures the style and spirit of the Sydney Opera House.
