At Grown Brilliance (“GB”), we are committed to delivering exceptional craftsmanship, transparency,and long-term value across both our timepieces and fine jewelry customizations. All watches and components are thoroughly inspected, authenticated, and tested prior to delivery.
Manufacturer Warranty (New / Unworn Watches)
New or unworn watches that include an original manufacturer's warranty are not covered under the Grown Brilliance warranty. Any mechanical issues must be addressed directly with the manufacturer.
12-Month Limited Warranty (Pre-Owned Watches)
Covered:
- Mechanical defects in the watch movement only
Not Covered:
- Misuse, negligence, or improper handling
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, bracelet/clasp wear, crystal damage)
- Loss or theft
- Water damage due to improper use
- Unauthorized third-party repairs
This warranty is non-transferable.
Customization & Water Resistance Disclaimers
CUSTOMIZATION VOIDS THE MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY. Any modifications performed outside authorized Rolex service centers constitute unauthorized alterations, releasing the manufacturer from all warranty and service obligations. Customized watches are NOT waterproof and are not suitable for swimming or submersion. They are only resistant to incidental exposure such as light rain. Water damage is not covered.
Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty - Lab Grown Diamond Bezels
Covered:
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
- Diamonds will not fade or cloud over time
Not Covered:
- Normal wear and tear
- Buyer's remorse
- Damage from impact or misuse
- Loss of stones
- Theft or loss
- Improper care or chemical exposure
- Third-party repairs
Original Manufacturer Parts (Rolex Bezel)
Original bezel is included with purchase. Watch may be serviced by Rolex only when restored to original configuration.

All intellectual property rights (including copyright, trademark, trade dress and patent rights) are and remain the property of their respective owners. Among other rights, Grown Brilliance specifically disclaims any intellectual property rights in or to the ROLEX name and trademark. Grown Brilliance is not affiliated with Rolex or any other manufacturer.
Authentication & Condition
All watches are authenticated and delivered in working condition.
Warranty Claims Process
Submit order details, images, and description for review. Covered repairs are free; non-covered repairs require approval and payment.
Limitation of Liability
Customer is responsible for proper use. Misuse voids warranty.
Insurance Recommendation
We recommend insurance for loss, theft, and damage.
