The Osaka Castle is a beautiful and classic feat of architecture whose magnificence is magnified by the blooming flowers that surround it. This combination of modern and ancient, classic and contemporary, is what inspired the Osaka Ring. The flowers and the castle directed the design to capture the beautiful shapes and movement of the stones, grounded, yet not overshadowed, by a sleek band, much like the castle to the buildings.
