Customer Service Needs Work

"I'd rather rate the lack of customer service I received as my purchased was shipped out instead of the free jewelry cleaner. A $3000 ring gets shipped without any notification. I have to be home to sign for it, which I wasn't since I was never notified that it had been shipped. And trying to coordinate with FedEx to hold the item while I was out of town was a nightmare. My fiancé ordered my ring from another online dealer and he received multiple notification. He knew when it shipped, had the tracking number, knew when it was delivered. All of this was communicated to him from the company. Nothing from Grown Brilliance! The order email even said I'd receive a tracking number, which obviously I never did. The ring is beautiful but the customer service is lousy. I would probably never purchase again, knowing there is no communication on such a large purchase."
