Upon receipt of your return within the 30-day return period, we will issue a credit to your Grown Brilliance account. Your credit will never expire, and can be used on any future purchase(s). Should you choose for the store credit be used for a new custom piece through Truly Custom, this is considered a re-design and is eligible one time only. Once going through the re-design process and placing the new order using store credit, the re-designed piece is final sale. The Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty and free Repair process is still applicable and can be utilized at any time. Our Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty applies to all Truly Custom purchases. Our Jewelry Specialists and customer service agents are not able to expedite the lead time it takes to create and ship your jewelry.
