"My wife selected these as a birthday present, she loves them and they look beautiful, very elegant. My only complaint and knocking it down a star is because the sapphires are darker than expected. Given that these are all lab stones, I guess I was expecting a little more clarity or for the blue to pop a little. Even still, very nice, elegant, well made, and perfect size."

"I really love these, they look great, better in person, I didn’t anticipate that. My only real issue was/is the screw backs, I didn’t ask for them, nor did I see an option to select out of them, they’re really cheap and don’t function well, I bent the ear ring trying to free them"

Where is the zero star option?
"I purchased this item on 5 Aug and today is 2 Oct. I still have not received my item or a refund. I have reached out multiple times to the company, who first said that the package was delivered unsuccessfully and therefore returned to them, which I suspect might be a lie as I had never received any notification that my item was being sent to me. Anyway, so I asked for the item to be re-sent as I still liked it, but it had taken ages and no steps were taken. So I asked for a refund which they said they would give but still have not - almost 2 months after my order. In the meantime they kept sending me emails to say that the order was completed and asked for my reviews. So here is the review you kept asking for. If there was a zero star option I would have chosen it."
