"I see lab grown diamonds everywhere I choose grown Brilliance, hoping they Would hold to their reputation. I ordered a princess cut diamond and received a peer cut. I had already planned a vacation to propose to my soon to be wife. We had looked at rings for a while, and the only cut she liked was princess called the store support and they said to send it back what girl would want to be proposed to a ring that’s not what she would want plus, have to take the ring off her finger and send it back to be fixed. Would really hope a company of your size would compensate me for my incorrect smaller diamond. Smh hope someone reaches out with an apology and compensation."
