Really Bad Customer Service and Wait Times
"I actually love the earrings I bought and I found the quality to seem great at a very reasonable price, but the customer service issues make me not want to ever purchase from them again. My earrings were shipped out with the wrong backs, and they didn't provide me with a GIA certification. Came to find out in the fine print they only offer certifications for certain products. Well my earrings were over $2. 5k, so not sure why they would get a certification. Then I needed the correct locking backs to wear them. It took them 3 weeks to send me the advertised locking backs, and they sent me the wrong ones/size that could not be used with my earrings. They then asked me to send the earrings back to get the correct backs. I't now been 2 1/2 months since I ordered the earrings and now I'm waiting for the earrings and backs to be sent back a second time. Grown Brilliance, you need to work on your customer service. I'm tired of getting form letter emails back telling me I have to wait 3 weeks just to get the proper backs to my earrings A SECOND TIME!"
