"I purchased a 3 carat pear diamond with an Omega Chain $4,395. However I received the 3 carat diamond with a cheap chain and not the Omega chain. Clear example of bait and switch. They then told me I t would take 4 weeks if I return it. Doesn't make sense to me how they treat their customers when it was their mistake. Just poor! You have been warned."
