Not satisfied
"Had the ring for 2 days! 2 days and a diamond fell out. I initiated a repair request and was told it would take 1 to 3 weeks to get my ring back. I sent 2 emails stating I was getting married in the next 2 weeks with no response. I called and was told that was the timeline for repairs because they wanted to make sure the repair was the same high quality as the original order. If the original order was high quality the diamond wouldn't have fallen out in the first place. I asked for a supervisor and was told that was the timeline. I was very upset and told her it was unacceptable. She told me she would contact the repair department and see what they could do. According to them it should ship out this week. I shouldn't have had to go thru all of the that. My fiancee has told me to return the ring if it happens again and I will."
