Great Jewelry, Horrible Customer Service
"Well, the good news is the tennis necklace is quite nice and my wife loves it. 15” is a perfect size to hang higher than a traditional necklace but lower than a choker. This will pair wonderfully with more casual outfits. The bad news is the GB customer service proved themselves inept at best. The necklace production was delayed so the promised to send it Overnight rather than 2-day. Sounded good to me - except they did not execute correctly and did indeed sent it 2-day, which turned out to be 6-days when all was said and done. Four emails later, with four different reps, and they basically told me to F-off and thanked me for my business. To this day, they appear certain it was sent Overnight despite the physical shipping label and my FedEx account indicating otherwise. But honestly, it was their tone…."
