2 X Broken Clasp, terrible customer service
"Thumbs down. After I have purchased two of these bracelets, one after the other, "made to order", I can wholeheartedly say I will never shop from here again. Both items came broken, the clasp was bent before I could even try it for each (but in different ways). I ordered the second as I was sending the first back and didn't hear one word from customer service (after two separate requests). Before my second shipped, I even wrote into the chat to ask "Kevin" to please write the designer and make sure my bracelet would not be broken and was checked for quality assurance. I was patronized and ignored, and my bracelet came to me tucked into the pillow-broken- because it couldn't be fastened. I didn't get a return call from customer service until * wrote the head of the company, and then the offer was, not a new bracelet, but an offer to "repair" my brand new, very expensive bracelet (which compromises the already malleable platinum). So, both went back. Find a local shop instead."

"Diamonds look great in terms of color and clarity, however not all are equal in size. At least three or four stones are visibly smaller than the rest. Not noticeable when worn, but very noticeable when taken off."
