I'm really upset about the fact that I ordered 2 rings and got a free gift (which was one of my reasons for purchasing). I wanted to exchange one of the rings for a more expensive one, but the only way to do that was to send everything back and re-order. "I had to elevate the matter at hand, so I visited Store number 561961 in Boca Raton. I had a conversation with the manager, Chris, and explained to him that I had purchased the ring online and needed it resized. Unfortunately, his demeanor was rather impolite as he informed me that since I had made the purchase online, it was not within his jurisdiction to assist me. He suggested that I reach out to the company to obtain a shipping label. I reiterated that the ring was a gift and that I did not reside in the area, but rather, I would be staying here temporarily for a couple of months due to work, residing in a hotel without a physical address in this vicinity. In response, he adopted a sarcastic tone and questioned how I had acquired the ring, implying that I was being dishonest. This interaction left much to be desired. When I contacted customer service to file a complaint, they neglected to record the manager's name or store number, simply assuring me that they would address the matter accordingly."
