"I ordered My diamond, it took three weeks to arrive, this was disclosed at time of purchase so no problems there, at that time i requested a different setting being i had three weeks and the diamond was not made as yet. The request was denied. the diamond came without a certificate, i called and request the certificate, they said they would send it out, one month later and i am still waiting. This company is not a straight forward company to do business with. I am quite sure there are other companies with better customer service. I would not buy again from this company."
