"I wanted to love it but the first time came without the slider, so i reordered. again, no slider. then the order went to repair and the chair was replaced for one with a slider but it was 14k white gold instead of platinum. very dissapointed and returning. I have spent thousands of dollars at GB and no issues. However, I noticed the lack of sympathy and care when calling customer service about the issue with this pendant."
