Wrong Size
"Diamond is pretty and she loved it, but the company messed up the wrong size. I immediately requested a smaller size the day after I placed the order and way before they even started getting it ready. They assured me twice (two different people) that it would be the correct size and when I got it the thing was too big on her finger. I would imagine a company that handles products worth thousands of dollars would do something as read emails and labels, but that’s apparently too hard to ask for this one. I’d go somewhere else for your special occasion so you don’t end up in the awkward situation where you have to go elsewhere to get it re-sized as I have zero trust in this joke of a company."
