"Received a ring with heart-shaped prongs instead of v-shaped. Sent the ring back within the 30 day return window. GB took three weeks to correct. I just received the “corrected” ring - but now prongs look like hearts with slits in them. Still far from product images online. I attempted to return and have been denied. Hoping they will correct the issue and all will be well - until then!"
