Great Product - Awful buying experience
"Great product, terrible store manager. I tried to purchase this at your store in Columbus Ohio at Easton. I was told that to get the piece in yellow gold I had to do a custom order. I did that putting down $100 as instructed. The custom team informed me that this was not a custom piece. By the time I received the answer the price had gone up nearly $450. I was working with your store manager Cassandra and she dropped the ball several times. She gave me incorrect information a few times and never did come through. I finally was able to get in touch with the customer service rep that was able to send me a code that corrected the price. You should seriously consider replacing the manager at that store, as I will not be back there as long as she is in that position. I have bought other pieces from you previously and was both surprised and very disappointed in this experience. I spent untold hours working through the mess that was this transaction."
