Clasp Issue
"I love the bracelet and the sparkle- it is a beautiful bracelet. However, the clasp is crooked so it is extremely difficult to take off. Putting it on is not an issue but I don’t even want to wear it anymore because I am afraid I will break it trying to get it off."

- Hi Linda, To operate the clasp, you insert a tiny, flexible hook into the outer portion of the clasp, catching a small bar inside the clasp. Then you slide the entire hook into the outer portion, where it clicks into place. This provides an extra level of security.
