"My wife wanted the band for each side of the engagement ring. We ordered a second band and sadly, they do not match. A run down of what we have dealt with in the last year. Customer service has slowly become…. Less than par. Phone calls lost, orders suggested were wrong and had to be sent back and reordered, and when grown brilliance helped me get the right ring, its weight in gold (literally the white gold) is not equal to the first one?"
"This ring is very pretty and just what I was looking for! I got the platinum one. It was true to size. The curve is very minimal and less than I was expecting so it doesn’t sit flush with my low set ring but I still think it looks good. And it doesn’t look weird to wear by itself!
