"I see lab grown diamonds everywhere I choose grown Brilliance, hoping they Would hold to their reputation. I ordered a princess cut diamond and received a peer cut. I had already planned a vacation to propose to my soon to be wife. We had looked at rings for a while, and the only cut she liked was princess called the store support and they said to send it back what girl would want to be proposed to a ring that’s not what she would want plus, have to take the ring off her finger and send it back to be fixed. Would really hope a company of your size would compensate me for my incorrect smaller diamond. Smh hope someone reaches out with an apology and compensation."

Not only was the sales person very kind, detailed and patient, she was honest and thorough. She made sure we left getting exactly what we wanted. When we came back to pick up the ring, we were both in shock. It was more beautiful than we could have imagined and the best part was we helped design it.
