Not the best
"So sorry this is not the best review. I had been looking for a while for a suitable ring and fell in love with this style and was excited to receive it. Upon delivery I opened the box and upon seeing the ring I could tell immediately that it was set wrong. The larger band of diamonds were quite misaligned and a couple of the larger diamonds were noticeably different shade. I also couldn’t find a certificate of authenticity. I called Customer service staff straight away and they were good in their communication and offered to fix the problem. I did deliberate, however I decided to return the product the very next day and I’m grateful that I received a full refund. I struggled to understand on how it clearly wasn’t checked over before it was sent out and dissatisfied that a 2K ring doesn’t warrant any certificate of authenticity and that perhaps you have to trust what you receive is the real deal. It all just felt wrong and made me feel uneasy."
