Beautiful! Post hole required enlarging by jeweler
"The 1ct Emerald Cut Drop Earring Jackets are very beautiful! I purchased them to go with 1ct solitaire diamond studs that I already own and that have a notched post and butterfly (pressure pinch) secure backing. As other reviews have mentioned, there are three post holes on the Drop Jacket Earrings to select from to adjust how far they hang. The top and bottom holes are very small and the middle hole is slightly larger. Unfortunately, the middle hole was still too small for my existing diamond stud posts. I took them to a local jeweler with whom I had previously done business and asked if they could increase the middle hole (I brought my diamond stud earrings with me). They were able to do so at no charge as a courtesy to me. They now are perfect to wear at my daughter’s wedding. Thankfully, the middle hole is the appropriate length to drop ever so slightly below my earlobe when viewed from the front. But as others mentioned who had similar challenges with the post hole sizes, I will only have the one look/drop length. Last note: The packaging was beautiful, but the earring jackets were loose in the box because a felt slit box typically used for rings was used. A different insert for earring jackets is needed. Again, I am still very happy with my purchase."
