"I purchased this ring and realized after the 14k white gold is enough to make my fiance break out. Knowing she could never wear it, I asked for a full refund. Their customer service pointed out it was no problem and helped me get a shipping label. I was g9ne for 2 weeks after, and realized I am on LITERALLY THE LAST DAY of the return process, Customer Service told me "don't worry, print out the label and send it back". "Are you sure? I don't want to be out the ring and the money, this seems sketchy" I sent it on day 30 of the process and have responses from them. I don't have refund yet, but it's going through today so I have no doubt it's going through. I failed on my side and they picked it up on their customer service side, which is becoming increasingly difficult to find."
